The challenge.
Ekdoseis Arsinoi was founded in 2022 and publishes only the books of author Niki Papatheochari: poetry collections, haiku and studies, some of them bilingual or trilingual. A publishing house devoted to one author needed a website that presents each book with the care of an art edition and reaches readers in Greek, English and French.
Readers also need to find easily where to buy the books, since they are sold through bookstores.
What we did.
We designed and built a custom WordPress theme, clean and bright, so the covers take center stage. On the home page, verses from the books rotate over a photo, followed by the catalog and the author. Each book has its own page with a description and a photo gallery, and titles released with two covers show both, with a switch between them.
The site is available in Greek, English and French. The points of sale appear on a Google map, each with its address, phone number and a map link, and there is a contact form and a newsletter signup.
The result.
Readers find all of Niki Papatheochari's books in one place, in their own language, and see which bookstores sell them.
