The challenge.
Spitiko Project brings traditional Greek ingredients and recipes in careful, modern packaging, under two brands: Spitiko Mediterranean Delicacies and Hellenic Grocery. It started with exports, with a focus on the Mediterranean diet, and then expanded into the Greek market through specialist delicatessens.
It needed an e-shop worthy of its products, for both retail and wholesale.
What we did.
We designed and developed a custom WooCommerce e-shop, with a focus on the visitor's experience and a fast checkout. We built the first site in 2018 and redesigned it from scratch in 2020.
The result.
Today the e-shop runs at hellenicgrocery.com with the company's premium Greek products: olive oil, olives, spices, traditional sweets and gifts.
